Forklift/reach-truck certification, RF scanner and WMS software experience, physical capacity (lifting weight, shift length), inventory accuracy rate, and OSHA safety training.

Common mistakes on a warehouse resume

Writing "hard worker" or "reliable" with no throughput or accuracy number behind it. Leaving off equipment certifications, which many distribution centers require before they'll even schedule an interview. Omitting shift type and facility size (cold storage, size in square feet, single vs. multi-shift) when the posting specifies it.
